›› Before using for the first time the instruments must be cleaned on a cleaning stone, such as the JOTA 529D, to remove any production residue. The cleaning stone should be moistened beforehand.
›› Sinter diamonds should be cleaned periodically using the cleaning stone.
›› The maximum permissible motor speed is 30,000 rpm.
›› Avoid applying excessive pressure to sinter diamonds, as they break much more easily than electroplated diamonds.
›› Instruments with a blue ring are intended for use with nickel/chrome alloys and porcelain.
›› Instruments with a green ring are intended for use with nickel/chrome and chrome/cobalt alloys, but not for porcelain
