Paste for the local anaesthesia of the oral mucous tissues
Properties
Thanks to its composition, Topical paste possesses two distinct activities:
– Local anaesthesia due to the Benzocaine, active ingredient pertaining to the group of aminoesters.
– Antisepsis due to Benzalkonium Chloride, pertaining to the family of
quaternary ammonium with bactericidal activity.
Topical paste acts within a minute after application. Its action lasts
about 15 minutes, depending on the applied quantity. Topical paste is
available in three different flavours strawberry, mint, and can be used
for children over the age of 5 as well as for adults, according to their
preferences.

Indications
– Local anaesthesia of the gums before injection
– Superficial analgesia of the gums before extraction of deciduous
teeth
– Local anaesthesia of the oral mucous tissues before deep scaling or
other treatment (lancing of abscess…)
